Did you know that God is working powerfully through young Christians in Ethiopia? An extraordinary indigenous missions movement is underway, and Partners With Ethiopia is excited to mobilize prayer support for these missionaries serving in South Omo.
South Omo is a remote region in southern Ethiopia. It is home to 16 indigenous tribes, where witchcraft and animism are prevalent. The region remains largely unreached with the gospel. Dozens of young Ethiopian missionaries are focusing their efforts here, and their passion for sharing the good news of Jesus is truly inspiring. Partners With Ethiopia is dedicated to supporting them by mobilizing prayer. Unfortunately, Islamic missionaries are also targeting the region and are well-funded by Arab nations. The spiritual battle is real, and the call to prayer is urgent.

Most of the missionaries serve with our partner, AIPM (Ambaricho International Prayer and Missions Movement), a dynamic grassroots organization founded by Dr. Desta Langena in the late 1990s. We are deeply grateful for AIPM’s remarkable impact through more than 800 missionaries serving across Ethiopia.
